I am in Caruaru, a city with 250,000 inhabitants in the countryside of Brazil. In this place, there was a Saint John's party, in June, but the mayor did not remove the fake church yet.

Yesterday, my cycling group (Pedal Clube) passed by the property of Francisco Brennand, a great sculptor and painter of the world, imho.

I never noticed this church here in Recife. I don't know its name, but it seems with the Madeleine, a famous church of Paris. A smaller and fake Madeleine.
